Year 1/2 (Mrs Field/Miss Foligno)
Welcome to Year 1/2 F!
We are very excited for the academic year a head. The team working in Year 1/2 F this year is:
Mrs Field (Monday-Wednesday), Miss Foligno (Thursday-Friday), Mrs Evans, and Miss Jones.
Our topic for the Spring Term is
All Creatures Great and Small.
This term, in Year 1/2, we will explore a range of animal habitats from around the world, linking our learning to geography by discovering where animals live and why these environments suit them. Through the song Walking Through the Jungle, we will move, listen, and respond to sounds and rhythms inspired by different animals. We look forward to sparking our curiosity about the natural world while developing our knowledge and understanding of skills through science, geography, and music.
It’s set to be an exciting and busy term!
