My name is Mrs Jones and working with me in wrapround is Miss Webb and Mrs Williams.

Our room is based in the children's centre. We have lots of fun and exciting areas in our room including role play, construction, arts and crafts, reading/cosy corner and so much more. We have access to a large outdoor area where the children can play, learn and have fun. We also enjoy our time outside the room, we have access to soft play and a large sensory room.

Recent parent feedback 

The care is amazing. My child is so happy when in wrap around. She learns so much and has lots of fun. I feel that she is well supported and cared for. The staff are so caring and I feel confident knowing my daughter is safe and happy while I'm at work. The structure is brilliant and the activities they do are educational but fun. Mrs Jones is very kind and approachable and my daughter loves her. The class dojo updates are such a help and the communication is great.

My little girl loves her time at wraparound. Mrs Jones is brilliant and always has time to speak to every parent at the end of the session to tell you what your child has done that day and how they have been. The activities that are planned for the children look amazing, and age appropriate. There are always photos uploaded daily onto dojo this is lovely as it gives us parents the chance to actually see our child enjoying.

We could not be anymore thrilled with the care that my little boy receives from Mrs Jones, and the wraparound team. The first thing he asks every morning is if he's going to Mrs Jones today, and would quite happily spend all day every day in wraparound. He has excelled thanks to the efforts made in wraparound, and the different experiences he gets to try.

Here is some information that you might find useful.

Wraparound Start and Finish times

Morning Wraparound starts at 9.15, children are to be dropped off at the children's centre, this session finishes at 12.45, the children are then taken to afternoon Nursery through the adjoining door.

Afternoon Wraparound starts at 11.30 latest collection from the children's centre is at 3pm.

Lunchboxes

We promote a healthy lunchbox. We are aiming to achieve the healthy pre-school award. So we kindly ask to not send in fizzy drinks and to include at least one piece of fruit. We may have children with nut and other allergies, so we are currently trying to be a nut-free setting to support those with allergies. We recommend sending a refillable water bottle in also.

Fruit/Snack

At the moment, there is not charge for snack. We will make you aware if there are any changes. 

Clothes

Please could you ensure there are enough clothes in their bag, in case your child needs to be changed. Please make sure that your child's name is clearly marked on all items (including uniform, coats, wellies and lunchboxes/bags) this helps considerably.

School Gates

Please be aware that the school gates for the carpark are locked between 2:50pm - 3:15pm.
