Healthy Schools:
2023/2024- We are working closely with the Big Bocs Bwyd this year. We have been helping out with Toast Tuesday and Thursday. Our main project is growing our own food to supply the BBB. We have been waiting until late spring/early summer to grow vegetables in the planters by the BBB. We managed to grow sprouts through the colder months.
We currently have a variety of fruit and veg seeds planted in seed trays. We will transfer them to our planters in the summer term. Thankfully we have found some expert gardeners from the local community, who have kindly offered their time to advise and support us. Home grown produce is on it's way to the BBB. Watch this space...
