Punctuality
While our attendance has been improving, we have noticed that punctuality is something we need to address. School starts at 8:50am and your child is expected to be on their respective yard to line up and walk up to their class together. This is an important time for children as it allows them to see their friends and settle to class as part of the daily routine.
We have a late sign in book in our school office. Therefore, should you be late, it is essential to come to the office so that we have a record of who is in the school building for the school day. If you are persistently late, we would expect you to attend a meeting to discuss how we can help improve punctuality.
It is essential we work together to improve attendance and punctuality so that your child has every opportunity to progress in their education.
